Refund Policy for Locos por Hablar:
This refund policy has been designed to ensure fairness for both our students and instructors. Please take the time to carefully review it.
No Show after 10 minutes of grace period:
If a student fails to attend a scheduled class after the initial 10-minute grace period, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Class canceled within 1 day of booking time:
If a student cancels a class with less than 1 day's notice prior to the scheduled start time, they will not be eligible for a refund. However, they will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the class at no additional charge, subject to instructor availability.
Class already conducted:
Once a class has been conducted for the student, no refunds will be issued. We value our instructors' time and expertise, and this reflects the student's commitment to their education.
30% of classes already taken:
If a student has attended 30% or more of the scheduled classes for a course, no refunds will be issued for the remaining classes. This policy ensures fairness and commitment from both parties involved.
Procedure for requesting a refund:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@locosporhablar.com within 7 days of the incident in question.
Requests should include the date and time of the class, the reason for the refund request, and any other relevant information.
All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be at the discretion of the school administration.
